Directions: From Cardiff/Newport:
Follow A40/449 towards Monmouth, Go through the Monmouth Tunnel and take immediate left on to B4233, Approx 200 yards turn left on to Portal Road at Garage. (B4293) Follow Portal road for approximately half mile until you see a Council Depot on your left. If space is available, park on the grass verge at the Depot. Immediately opposite will be a style with a No Public Access sign on it. Fishing is from the Bridge next to the style down stream to the next bridge. Access to the water is over the style, all members must keep to the river banks and not wander through the fields. Please ensure all Gates are securely shut behind you. On the far bank, access is from the wall next to the bridge.
